If you want a tasting for your event, we typically do them 2 months prior to your event date. Vintages, Fish, and Vegetables change periodically.

Please choose the items listed and send an email with your choices to your sales person. We operate a "Scratch Kitchen" which means we order all the ingredients specifically for each event and tasting. Please do not deviate from these directions. Unless specifically specified on your contract, these are the tasting options we allow for free. Any additional tasting add-ons are subject to an up-charge.
We will also taste wine to accompany the selections you make. During your tasting we will go over your Floor Plans, ROS, Timeline and Menu. Once the tasting is complete we will email you a BEO (Banquet Event Order) based on our notes from the tasting. The BEO will be your direct way on communicating your needs and each BEO is specific to the event and is very informative. Please refer to our BEO website

We allow up to 4 tasters and will provide printed menus. This is the maximum amount of tasters we allow, any other added tasters are subject to an up-charge.
Please Note: Tasting schedules are on first come first serve basis and we cannot schedule the tasting without your selections. So please make those selections and get back to me.
