Presentation Package
Presentation Package: $450
Package includes:
1) 42 Inch Comfort Monitor that is installed on the stage floor for speakers to see content while giving presentation.
2) RF Clicker to advance slides during presentation.
3) Count Down Clock Display.
Display Easels
Edison Ballroom provides easels Clients may borrow for their event. Inventory fluctuates so please call ahead to see how many are still in inventory. Easels are free to use but must be returned at end of event.
AV Rentals
All in-house AV listed on your contract is included in the price.
If you need any other equipment that is not listed, you can order through our TD (Technical Director) Shawn Brophy. You will be invoiced for those additional rentals.
Clients may also decide to bring in their own AV components and equipment they deem suitable for their style of event and content. The lighting truss must return to its original load plot as indicated on our stage and light truss plots.
AV Labor
The light and sound technicians are required for a minimum of 8 hours.
If you are using the stage for any reason, a stage hand is required for a minimum of 8 hours.
If you are running Video, powerpoint, or any other content on any of the projection screens
or monitors a video technician is required for a minimum of 8 hours.
You may bring in any AV technicians you wish and they can work alongside our in-house technicians.
Clients may also decide to bring in their own AV components and equipment they deem suitable for their style of event and content. The lighting truss must return to its original load plot as indicated on our stage and light truss plots.
Lucite Podium
The Lucite Podium comes with 2 Pen Microphones attached. The podium is usually set-up stage left.
You can brand the front of the podium
with signage. You can use cardboard or poster board. Once you make the podium sign, please bring it to your stagehand and he will adhere it to the podium for you.
