Captain's

Edison Ballroom will provide 2 Head Captains for every event.  These Captains will communicate all the specs from the BEO with the Client or event planner.  The captains will have received the BEO and Floor Plans in advance from your sales person and will facilitate the entire events based on the BEO.  Captains will also have a copy of your final Floor Plans and they will be the go to people for any last minute changes.  You will meet your captain the day of typically 4 hours prior to

Edison Ballroom captain's may be recognized by wearing a vest.

Black button down shirt, Black Tie, Black slacks, Black Shoes.

Clients may choose to have servers wear shirts or other articles 

of clothing such as branded t-shirts etc.  The Client must provide 

all the articles of clothing in advance and call ahead to et sizes.
