Green Rooms
Green Room for Talent/Hotel Room Confirmation
Edison Ballroom uses specific areas for talent to use during rehearsals and while waiting for cues during event. If you have confirmation number for Hotel Room, check-in is at 3:00 pm. Hotel Rooms provided with confirmation number only.
Green Room for Talent/Hotel Room Confirmation
Edison Rooftop does not have a specific area for Green Rooms. Therefore events that need Rider fulfillment will get a Hotel Room for free. Check-in is at 3:00 pm. Please email Sean Campbell - sean@edisonballroom.com to receive confirmation number. Without confirmation number there will be no access to hotel room.
Dressing Rooms/Hotel Room Confirmation
Edison Ballroom provides dressing room in the hotel for talent, brides, grooms, or VIP guest. when food and beverage rider needs to be fulfilled. If you have confirmation number for Hotel Room, check-in is at 3:00 pm. Hotel Rooms provided with confirmation number only.
If there is not a talent rider fulfillment then Edison Ballroom will use an area inside Edison Ballroom, Rooftop, or South Ballroom for a green room/holding area.
