Tables Sets & Wares
Table Sets
Edison Ballroom provides all the wares for seated dinners, buffet dinners, lunches, cocktail receptions, and any other style of event.
Edison Ballroom will also print display menus for each setting. Your sales person will send you the menu builder worksheet so you can design the menu to look they way you prefer, with your logo, colors, and brand design. Once you are satisfied with your menu design, send it back to your sales person and we will print the appropriate amount of copies to be ready for your event date. Please send 2 weeks in advance of event date.
Linen Colors
Edison Ballroom provides 25 different linen colors to match your preference.
Typically we like to provide an underlay, and overlay, and match the napkin with the underlay.
The underlay drops to the floor. The overlay is square Your sales person will have a color swatch at your tasting.. The colors on the swatch. For linen Colors other than Black, Gold, White, or Ivory Edison Ballroom needs at least 1 week in advance to order. Please send linen orders at least 1 week in advance of event date.
PLASE NOTE: These linen color options are for Seated Dinners Only. For Buffet Dinners, we provide Black, Gold, White or Ivory only.
For specialty linen. Please notify your sales associate for costs. Please see Specialty Linen Swatch below. Specialty Linen Type: Taffeta, Accordion Taffeta, Silk, Satin, Patterns, Floral, Sequin, Krinkle, Lace, Sheers, and Velvet
Buffet Styles
All Edison Ballroom buffet displays are uniquely different and beautiful.
The food is always plentiful and quickly replenished as each buffet has Chef's and Runners.
We have 2 type of Buffet Sets:
1) Moderne: User friendly items that are quickly consumed and do not require a knife and fork.
They are plentiful and hardy for any event.
2) Classic: Dishes that are more classic like Carving Station, Duck Station, Pasta Station etc. They require fark and knife and a seat to eat leisurely.
All buffet's have signage that explain the foods that are being served. Custom made signs can be provided by Client. Please ask your sales person for food descriptions.
Hors D'oeuvres & Petit Fours
Edison Ballroom Hors D'oeuvres and Petit Fours can be Passed or Stationary.
Typically during cocktail hour you would select 5 Hot and 5 Cold Hors D'oeuvres
to be passed or stationary during cocktail hour along with 2 specialty cocktails to go along
with the open premium bar. In most cases you can decide to select 3 hot and 7 cold, or as many of each to accumulate 10 total.
Each display is uniquely different and beautiful. Servers make their way thru crowds passing Hors D'oeuvres to smiling faces.
Edison Ballroom also provides beautiful display of Petit Fours. Petit Fours can either be displayed along with a plated desert on tables in a triple tiered plates, or passed during a Dessert Reception.
Specialty Cocktails
Edison Ballroom provides 2 Specialty Cocktails during Cocktail Receptions or Cocktail Hour.
Typically Clients select a feminine style and a masculine style to be passed along with open premium bar during cocktail hour.
Edison Ballroom will provide signage for the Specialty Cocktails.
Clients can provide custom made signs.
Table Stands and Number Signs
Edison Ballroom provides all the table stands and number signs you may need for tour tables.
Client may provide their own custom table numbers to be inserted into our tables stands.

Provided by Edison Ballroom - Additional in-house table numbers are Silver or Gold.

SPECIALTY LINEN:
Votive Candles
Edison Ballroom provides Votive Candles.
3 votive candles are provided for all dinner tables of 8 or more people.
1 votive candles are provided for all cocktail rounds.
Client may provide their own votive candles.
