Free Branding In Edison Ballroom
Edison Ballroom in-house Projection Screen
Projection Screen is located exactly in the middle of the stage.
It is 16 feet wide X 12 feet high.
Front projection with a Panasonic 15K luminous lens.
Also installed and free of use is a robotic IMAG camera that can be used for live feeds.

Edison Ballroom in-house Monitors throughout Venues
There are 22 monitor screens strategically placed throughout Edison Ballroom for Clients to use for free. You can run videos, pictures, content, sponsors, etc.
2 - 32 Inch Monitors for check-in on second floor landing: up to 2 split source.
4 - 24 Inch Monitors at each bar on second floor: up to 2 split source.
6 - 50 Inch Monitors surrounding truss on second floor: single source.
2 - 50 inch Monitors on copping balcony wall: up to 2 split source.
4 - 24 Inch Monitors for Que to Que on second floor balcony: single source.
2 - 24 Inch Monitors in each hallway. single source.
Additional Monitor Rentals:
42 Inch cost $400 per monitor
50 Inch cost $450 per monitor
60 inch cost $500 per monitor
70 Inch cost $550 per monitor
77 Inch cost $600 per monitor
Free Branding In Edison Ballroom
Gobo's and Gobo projection
Edison Ballroom has source four light fixtures strategically placed throughout the venue to allow Clients to place their gobo's in. Our lighting units except size "a" (for color) or size "b" (for black and white)
If you already have the gobo using our light fixtures are free. If you don't already have the gobo, Edison Ballroom can produce it for you. Costs for black and white is $155 each and cost for color is $300 for one color and $500 for multi color.

Entrance Window Boxes
The 2 picture frame windows left and right of entrance are free to use. Client must provide either foam core or poster boards for window boxes. The dimensions are 34 Inches Wide X 54 Inches High.
Branding In Edison Ballroom
Branding Ops throughout the Venues
Edison Ballroom, Edison Rooftop, and Edison Ballroom South have many areas
throughout the venues for branding opportunities.
All costs for using Edison Ballroom to proof, print, install, and remove branding enclosed.
Client may use their own professional's to brand various parts of the venues. All the instillation, proofing, and removal must be maintained by Client and approved by Edison Ballroom sales person.
Branding Marquee with Chaser Lights
Cost for branding all 3 sides of Marquee.
$3,500. Client, please send artwork to sales person at least 2 weeks in advance
of event date. Sales person will send proof of the finished mock-up to Client for approval.
Once the artwork is approved, Edison Ballroom will proof, print, install, and remove artwork from the
Marquee.
Client may design, print, install, and remove artwork on their own without using the services of
Edison Ballroom. The cost to rent the Marquee is $1,000.
The Client may also decide just to brand only the front section of the Marquee.
Cost for only the front section of the Marquee is $1,500.

Exterior Wall Boards
Cost for branding all 6 exterior wall boards.
$4,500. Client, please send artwork to sales person at least 2 weeks in advance
of event date. Sales person will send proof of the finished mock-up to Client for approval.
Once the artwork is approved, Edison Ballroom will proof, print, install, and remove artwork.
Client may design, print, install, and remove artwork on their own without using the services of
Edison Ballroom. The cost to rent the Marquee is $1,000.
Step N Repeat
Cost for making a custom step n repeat:
$14.00 per square feet. Client, please send artwork to sales person at least 2 weeks in advance
of event date. Sales person will send proof of the finished mock-up to Client for approval.
Once the artwork is approved, Edison Ballroom will proof, print, install, and remove artwork.
Balcony Glass Stencils
Cost for making a custom stencils for the balcony surrounding mezzanine:
$375 per panel (artwork subject to upcharge). please send artwork to sales person at least 2 weeks in advance
of event date. Sales person will send proof of the finished mock-up to Client for approval.
Once the artwork is approved, Edison Ballroom will proof, print, install, and remove artwork.
Balcony Glass Vinyl's
Cost for making a custom vinyl's for the balcony surrounding mezzanine:
$450 per panel (artwork subject to upcharge). Client, please send artwork to sales person at least 2 weeks in advance
of event date. Sales person will send proof of the finished mock-up to Client for approval.
Once the artwork is approved, Edison Ballroom will proof, print, install, and remove artwork.
Branding Squares
Branding Squares are located on walls throughout Edison Ballroom. There is a total of 27. 8 in the hallway leading towards the bathrooms on main level. 9 in the hallway leading to the bathrooms on the mezzanine level. 10 behind the bar on mezzanine.
Cost for making a custom vinyl's for the Branding Squares:
$75 per panel (artwork subject to upcharge). Client, please send artwork to sales person at least 2 weeks in advance
of event date. Sales person will send proof of the finished mock-up to Client for approval.
Once the artwork is approved, Edison Ballroom will proof, print, install, and remove artwork.
Branding Circles
Branding Circles are located on the wall leading up the stairs of the Grand Staircase.
Cost for making a custom vinyl's for the Branding Circles:
$75 per panel (artwork subject to upcharge). Client, please send artwork to sales person at least 2 weeks in advance
of event date. Sales person will send proof of the finished mock-up to Client for approval.
Once the artwork is approved, Edison Ballroom will proof, print, install, and remove artwork.
Banners
Edison Ballroom will make vinyl banners hanging from stage just left and right of projection screen in center stage. Banners can be made custom size but stock sizes are 4 feet wide X 8 feet long.
Cost for making a custom vinyl's for the Branding Circles are $475 each (artwork subject to upcharge).
Client, please send artwork to sales person at least 2 weeks in advance
of event date. Sales person will send proof of the finished mock-up to Client for approval.
Once the artwork is approved, Edison Ballroom will proof, print, install, and remove artwork.
Podium Signs
Edison Ballroom will make foam core signs for the Lucite Podium on stage.
Cost for making a custom foam core is $125 each (Subject to artwork)
Podium Dimensions on next page if Clients wants to produce themselves.

Most Gobo's cost $175 each some are subject to upcharge based on artwork.
